Delivery time
We aim to ship every order within one week. During busy periods, such as December, it can take longer.
Track & trace
Once your order has been shipped, MyParcel sends you an email with a track & trace code. This email can end up in your spam folder. Need your order urgently? Mention it in the comments when you place your order.
Pick-up
Pick-up in Zonnemaire is possible. Choose the “Collection” shipping option at checkout.
Customs and Norway
Within the EU there are no customs duties. Norway is not part of the EU. For delivery to Norway, import duties and import VAT may be charged by the carrier or customs.
