Easy Slowfeeder, based at Rietdijk 4, 4316 AR Zonnemaire (KvK 74506080, BTW NL001117654B87), is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. We handle your data with care and comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, known in the Netherlands as the AVG).
Which data we process
When you place an order. When you place an order in our webshop, we process the data needed to fulfil that order: your name, invoice and delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number (if provided) and the products you have ordered. We use this data to process, ship and invoice your order, and to keep you informed of its status, for example with a track&trace code.
When you create an account. If you create an account, we also store your login details and order history so that you can find them again later. An account is not required to place an order.
When you pay. Payments are handled through Mollie. We do not receive sensitive payment data such as full credit card or bank account numbers; Mollie processes this data directly and is itself responsible for that processing.
When your order is shipped. To ship your order and create a track&trace code, we share your name and address details with our shipping partner, MyParcel.
When you use the contact form. If you complete the contact form on our website, we process your name, e-mail address, telephone number (if provided) and the content of your message, solely to answer your question.
Cookies
Our website uses only functional cookies: cookies that are needed for the shopping basket and your session to work, and a cookie from Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form against spam. We do not place tracking or marketing cookies and we do not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics. No separate consent is required for functional cookies.
Retention period
We do not keep your data for longer than necessary. We keep order and invoice data for as long as the statutory retention obligation for tax administration requires, which in the Netherlands is generally 7 years. We keep contact form data for as long as needed to answer your question and any follow-up questions.
Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with parties involved in carrying out your order or operating our website, and we never sell your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Specifically, this concerns:
- Mollie, for processing payments
- MyParcel, for shipping and track&trace
- Our hosting provider, for the technical management of the website and the webshop
- JBr WebSolutions, for building and technically maintaining this website
- Cloudflare, for protecting the contact form (Turnstile)
With parties that process personal data on our behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement to guarantee the same level of security and confidentiality.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use, including a secure connection (SSL/HTTPS) and restricted access to personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or have your personal data deleted. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing, to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and in any case within four weeks.
